These terms describe how purchases from DevAcc Shop are handled. By purchasing, you acknowledge the following.

Digital products and delivery

All products are digital. No physical item will be shipped. Customers must enter a valid, accessible email address in the payment interface. Delivery begins only after payment has been confirmed and is completed manually, so delays may occasionally occur.

Product information

Review the product description, included details, important notes, current availability, and estimated delivery time before paying. Contact the seller if anything is unclear. Product availability can change.

Customer information

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information. If an incorrect email is entered, contact the seller promptly. Additional order information may be requested to verify that the request relates to your payment.

Refunds and problems

Because products are digital, refund requests are reviewed individually under the store policy stated at the time of purchase. A refund is not automatic after credentials or other digital details have been delivered. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If there is a payment or delivery problem, use the contact page and include the product name and the Plisio payment or transaction ID so the order can be reviewed.
