Getting Started With Your New Account
A simple checklist for reviewing your delivery, signing in correctly, and keeping the supplied account details safe.
Use this checklist after your account details arrive. The instructions supplied with your order always take priority because the correct access method can vary by product.
Before you begin
Make sure you have access to the email address used during checkout and keep the complete delivery message available. It may contain credentials, recovery details, and product-specific instructions.
1. Review the delivery
Check that the product in the delivery message matches your order. Read the entire handover guide before attempting to sign in.
2. Use the specified access method
Open the exact sign-in address provided with the account. If the instructions require Tor, a particular browser, or another access method, set that up before continuing.
3. Store the details safely
Save the credentials in a trusted password manager. Do not send them through public chats or store them in an unprotected text file.
4. Check the recovery information
Confirm that you can access any included recovery email or other recovery details. Do not change passwords, recovery settings, or security options unless the product instructions say it is safe to do so.
